Founder & Chief Architect

Elvis Onunwa built BERLVIS from a single, uncompromising belief: that African businesses deserve infrastructure that actually holds.

He is a technical founder trained in the architecture of systems, not just their surfaces. Where most people see a broken product, Elvis sees the structure producing the breakage, the incentives holding that structure in place, and the precise intervention point where a well-designed system changes the output permanently. That is the instinct behind every product in the BERLVIS network.

Born in Amaifeke, Orlu, Imo State, he did not wait for the right conditions to arrive. He built the conditions. He started a company before finishing his degree. He designed the funding mechanism into the life itself and kept building.

At 22, he leads a company with products across property technology, small business finance, and workforce intelligence, each one targeting a different layer of the same foundational problem: the everyday Nigerian economy runs on friction, and friction is a design failure.

His approach to software reflects that belief. He does not build utilities. He builds protective infrastructure, unified systems that absorb market chaos, eliminate institutional failure points, and give businesses a stable floor to grow from.

Elvis is not building toward scale. He is building toward permanence. There is a difference, and he understands it precisely.
